Hi 24 Webster Avenue Neighbors and Community,
I am happy to share that 24 Webster's steel structure was completed this week. Thank you for your patience with the Everett Street closure throughout this phase.
Over the next several weeks, crews will be pouring concrete for the first and second floors of the building. Beginning in mid-November and continuing through February, the team will be installing the wood framing that forms the upper floors of the building. They will also be installing plumbing and electrical systems underground and throughout the building.
Between November 9th and November 20th we expect to close Everett Street 2-3 times for the concrete pours to accommodate the concrete pump truck. During wood framing, Everett Street will be closed twice per week to accommodate the crane. All of these closures will be during working hours only and will have a police detail.

Me complace informarles que esta semana se ha completado la estructura de acero del edificio en 24 Webster. Gracias por su paciencia ante el cierre de Everett Street durante esta etapa.
En las próximas semanas, los equipos realizarán el vertido de hormigón para el primer y segundo piso del edificio. A partir de mediados de noviembre y hasta febrero, se llevará a cabo el montaje de la estructura de madera que conformará los pisos superiores. Asimismo, se realizarán los trabajos de instalación de los sistemas de fontanería y electricidad, tanto en el subsuelo como en el resto del edificio.
Entre el 9 y el 20 de noviembre, prevemos cerrar Everett Street en 2 o 3 ocasiones para facilitar el vertido de hormigón, permitiendo así el acceso al camión bomba. Durante la fase de montaje de la estructura de madera, Everett Street permanecerá cerrada dos veces por semana para permitir el uso de la grúa. Todos estos cierres se producirán exclusivamente durante el horario laboral y contarán con la presencia de agentes de policía.
