Dear 24 Webster Ave Neighbors,

I am writing with an update on what to expect for the construction at 24 Webster over the next few weeks. The next phase of work involves preparing the site for excavation by installing soldier piles. You will begin to see some large equipment, such as a crane, on site. This work will be loud and may cause some vibration, which we will be monitoring. We expect this phase of work to go through the end of March. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Les escribo para informarles sobre las previsiones de la construcción de 24 Webster durante las próximas semanas. La siguiente fase consiste en preparar el terreno para la excavación mediante la instalación de pilotes soldados. Comenzarán a ver equipos pesados, como una grúa, en el sitio. Este trabajo será ruidoso y podría causar vibraciones, las cuales estaremos monitoreando. Esperamos que esta fase de las obras se extienda hasta finales de marzo. Dear 24 Webster Avenue Neighbors,

I am writing to inform you that we will begin demolition of the 24 Webster Avenue building next week, Tuesday, February 17th. We expect demolition to last approximately 3 weeks. We do not expect any road closures during this time. Our General Contractor will be working diligently to mitigate dust and debris. As always, please reach out if you have any questions.

No se prevén cierres de carreteras durante este periodo. Nuestro contratista general trabajará diligentemente para mitigar el polvo y los escombros.
